I'm likely taking a few weeks off from uploading to catch up with creating a backlog of pages for gradual uploading. It probably won't be too long though.
Note that my work contains 18+ content.

That's ONE way of doing parallel processing...
Speculation time:
1. That landscape and the vehicles look strilingly familiar to today's tech and location. A situation of "form follows function", it's actually Earth, or the art is merely a reprsentation of a topography that is quite literally beyond our scope of understanding.
2. Vas' tablet could be using his(?) sensory devices (organs? tech? combo?) and advanced AI (possibly on-board their ship/craft) to pore through the wreckage faster than humanly (hah!) possible.
